M60 SCAFFOLDING
At M60 Scaffolding, we believe that investing in people is the foundation of a safer, stronger, and more skilled industry. Our dedicated Apprenticeship Programme is designed to bring new talent into the trade and give each apprentice the knowledge, confidence, and hands‑on experience they need to build a long-term career in scaffolding.
We directly employ all our apprentices and support their development through structured block training delivered in partnership with Total People at Manchester College. Training is completed in two‑week blocks, combining classroom learning with practical skills development. The full apprenticeship typically lasts around two years, during which apprentices work alongside our experienced scaffolders who mentor, guide, and support them every step of the way.
On completion of the programme, apprentices achieve their Blue Skilled Worker CSCS Card by completing a relevant NVQ/SVQ Level 2 (or approved apprenticeship) in scaffolding. This qualification recognises them as fully trained, competent scaffolders and is valid for five years.
Our commitment doesn’t end there — continued training and professional development are offered throughout their employment, ensuring every member of our team has the opportunity to progress, upskill, and thrive within the industry.
