M60 Scaffolding Ltd was founded by Sam Tottle in November 2020, following twelve years of experience within one of the Northwest’s leading scaffolding companies. With a strong foundation of industry knowledge and a commitment to delivering high‑quality service, Sam established M60 with a clear vision: to provide safe, reliable, and professional scaffolding solutions across the region.

Kimpton Clocktower Hotel • Commercial
Originally opened in 1895 as the Refuge Assurance Building, this remarkable Victorian landmark is one of Manchester’s most recognisable historic buildings and a true piece of the city’s architectural heritage.

This project was a standout moment for M60 Scaffolding, our first major contract right in the heart of Manchester city centre. We installed a 120m x 14m external scaffold, along with complex internal elements such as a suspended beam section and a temporary roof to protect the high‑street shops below.
